You can choose any personality trait for your chatbot, start with a template with only one trait and you can add more traits (in case you need a more complex personality).

Choosing a trait will affect the expressions answered for any situation and the emotional response.

  • Friendliness: As talking to a friend, this personality answers questions about itself, using colloquial expressions and using GIFs and emojis.
  • Politeness: Is respectful of others and has good manners, using formal and neutral expressions. An excellent choice to represent your company.
  • Patience: Make people feel heard and supported. The best one for customer service.
