One digital experience, many customer journeys
When you want to create an immersive and interactive digital experience, you will need to create steps and take your customer gradually towards transformation while engaging them. To define these steps, Naker has set up a page management system that will allow you to define any customer path.
Like a bench of magnificent jellyfish, we are going to talk today about graphs!

First, the pages
Before you even begin the artistic creation of your Interactive Digital Experience, it is possible to create your graph of the different customer paths. For this reason, we have created the “pages” tab. A simple and basic interface appears that allows you to add, delete or rename all the pages that will be part of your new 3D site. Naker will automatically build a graph representing all your pages for you. Once all your steps have been created, simply click on each one to navigate and possibly make changes to it.
Then, the links
After having defined all the pages of your Digital Experience, you must now linked them. To do this, we will use the “hyperlink” field that you will find on any component created on Naker. As the name suggests, you must enter a link here where the user will be redirected when he clicks on this element. This link can be one of your pages added earlier or any other online site (Very useful to redirect to a blog, twitter or even this live from a beautiful beach in Miami). To simplify your task, we have even added a selector of the different pages of your Digital Experience. Then after having defined these links, you will find on the tab of the customer paths the graph completed with all these new links including those to external sites, giving you a global and clear vision of the different possible paths for your users.

Finally, the mask
The mask is also a very important element when creating your Experience. In the same way as in Power Point, on Naker, the mask defines everything that is common to the different pages. To access it, click on the “Mask” button at the top right of the editor. In this part, you will be able to modify the background of your Digital Experience and the animation between pages. For the background you can add any material as on the 3D components of your website, which will give even more volume to your creation and improve the shadow effects. And for animations, you also find the same settings available to animate the components, which allows you to create absolutely any transition between the different pages of your Experience and makes it even more interactive.
What’s next?
The graph of the pages is likely to evolve a lot in the future advances of Naker. It will eventually be possible to see the conversion rate between each page and even to do AB testing or AI testing in order to optimize your paths.
Come and test it and give us your opinion on Naker!
