NAMA Alpha Release To Rinkeby Test Network
We are glad to announce the Alpha Release of NAMA Protocol Application to Rinkeby Test Network for public test.
All the transactions in Rinkeby test network are FREE.
Everything in the Rinkeby will stay in the Rinkeby, the test token will not be transferred to the Mainnet.

1. NAMA Alpha Release on Rinkeby Test Network
All the transactions in Rinkeby test network are FREE
They are 2 phases in the Alpha Release:
Phase 1: Staking/Yield-Farming
In Phase 1, you can experience the entire Staking/Yield Farming process, including Deposit, Harvest, and Withdraw.
Phase 1 is available now.
Phase 2: NFTs-Loan-Flow
Borrows can collateralize NFTs and go through the Loan Application process.
Phase 2 is available now.
2. How to participate in the NAMA public test
Phase1: Staking/Yield-Farming
Connect NAMA Application to your wallet
a. In your browser, install Metamask and Create/Import your Account, if you haven’t already.
b. Once you have the Metamask ready, switch the Networks from ‘Ethereum Mainnet’ to ‘Rinkeby Test Network’ .
c. Once switched to Rinkeby Test Network, go to https://testnet.nama.finance/, and Connect the App to your wallet
d. Approve: Allow NAMA app to withdraw and spend the NAMA token
e. Get NAMA Token from NAMA website:
Notice that to avoid flooding, each IP address can Get NAMA Token 2 times (1000 each time) every 24 hours.
f. Get ETH from Rinkeby faucet, follow the easy instruction from their website: https://faucet.rinkeby.io
Staking/Yield Farming
a. Deposit: deposit your NAMA token to the NAMA pool. (Other stable coins pools are coming soon)
b. Harvest: harvest the earned NAMA token
c. Unstake/Withdraw: it will unstake(i.e. withdraw) all your deposited NAMA token, as well as harvest all your earned NAMA token, back to your wallet.
Phase2: NFTs-Loan-Flow
To make test simple we automatically fulfill the applied loan so that people can test the withdraw and repay function.
Here we use a “Nama Finance testing USDC” as the stable coins, please manually add it to your wallet in order to see the balance:

Apply for a loan with one or more NFTs as borrower(Please join the NAMA Telegram Community to get some test NFT):
Withdraw the borrowed stable coins to your wallet:
Once a loan is withdrawn, the status will change from STARTED to FUNDED.
Repay a funded loan:
User will need to approve the spend first, and then confirm the Repay action.
Once a loan is repaid, the status will change from FUNDED to REPAID.
Cancel a loan:
If borrowers don’t want to continue, they can cancel a started loan, before they make the withdraw.
Once a loan is cancelled, the status will become CANCELLED, and the collateralized NFTs will be returned back to the borrowers’ wallet.
3. Error Handling
- If you have failed transaction during Deposit, Harvest, Unstake:
Solution: Please try give it more gas fee. - If you hit into “daily limit” when Get NAMA Token:
Solution:
a. Manually add the NAMA Test token(0x0d056ae62f05ad4728d280dbb541908832da66ec) to Metamask wallet.
b. Upgrade your browser to the latest version.
c. Upgrade your Metamask to the latest version.
d. Clear the Metamask cache
e. Clear your browser cache
f. Refresh your browser and try again
4. Win Airdrop by participating

The entire Alpha public test event will end on by the end of August.
An ERC-20 address(use Metamask please) that completes all the testing activities will be eligible to get an NFT loot box in the Rinkeby testnet, after this event ends. Before you open the loot box, nobody knows if it is a winning one or not, only at the moment you open it, the result will be randomly decided. Open it earlier or later does not affect the result. The NFT lootbox will be burned after opened.
If you are lucky to be a winner, will get the real NAMA token airdrop in the mainnet after TGE.
No need to fill any application form, all addresses participated are available from the testnet, we can just grab data from there.

d. Complete a Loan application acts as a Borrower, in Phase2
e. Complete Withdraw, Repay or Cancel a loan, in Phase2

5. What’s next
After the Alpha Test ends, NAMA Application will be released to Ethereum Mainnet soon, and NAMA token TGE will happen around the same time as well.
