When We Went to A Candlelight Concert
No Vocals, No Clues, Just Us and A. R. Rahman
I came across an advertisement on Instagram featuring a dimly lit setup with candlelights all around and soulful music playing in the background.
It looked visually stunning and sounded incredibly soothing.
I had to book it. I decided to surprise my partner with this experience — something new for both of us and a special step in our journey as a couple.
The concert was held in a hall at Le Méridien, New Delhi, India — a 5-star hotel, according to Google reviews.
As we reached the venue, my partner immediately recognised what it was — apparently, he had seen the same advertisement and had also planned to take me there someday. I won this one!
Outside the hall, there were staff members managing the bookings. We were verified and handed concert paper wristbands according to the seat category I had booked.
I had booked the best seats for us — right in front of the instruments. We were thrilled the moment we sat down.
