What we’re looking for

• You will be kind
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of AWS
• Crystal clear understanding of how to enable development teams to operate efficiently and independently
• Experience with infrastructure and organisation security

What tech would you work with?

What’s the day to day?

• Work with the various dev teams to provide them with automated processes for build, testing, and deployment to staging and production environments
• Architect changes to, and maintain hosting solutions
• Work alongside management to plan and implement workflow processes within the dev teams to optimise for efficiency and minimised lead times
• Document organisation and infrastructure security

What does success in the role look like?

• Reduction in the number of projects that lack automated pipelines
• Increased feedback to development teams from automated deployments
• Measured increase in system availability
• Measured reduction in downstream lead times for features, as a result of improved DevOps processes
