As part of the process of refreshing the Nano website, we took the time to assess the ecosystem and consult with the community to identify ways to improve accessibility to Nano. As a result, we’ve overhauled our documentation, opened our blog to community contributors, and created helpful resource packs.
One of the standout issues identified for improvement was increasing access to high quality support and discussion for users of all levels. The new Nano forum will help address the transient nature of our most popular platforms, and provide users with a well maintained and easily accessed selection of the most commonly encountered support issues and informative discussion.
The Nano forum is already a valuable resource. With the help of our fantastic community managers and moderators, the new platform has been pre-loaded with some of the most frequently asked support questions and answers.
Users can be sure they will have the ability to contribute to meaningful discussions
Nano Foundation developers will use the forum to host community discussions on various aspects of the protocol and UI/UX — see below some featured discussions. We are excited to harness the enthusiasm and insight of the community to improve and refine all aspects of Nano and our ecosystem.
