NaNoWriMo 2015 Day 18

My hands sort of feel like the ones in the picture look after typing all of those words…

I took a little bit different direction in the story today, but it felt good trying something different. Since this whole NaNoWriMo experience has been something of a creative experiment for me, I didn’t figure it was a bad thing.

I looked at the total count so far and realized I am only 11,241 from “winning” NaNoWriMo. Wait, only a little over 11k? That’s crazy talk!

It’s exciting to have made it this far, but it will be even more exciting to see where this story goes.

Day 17: 2,040 words.
