“Empty Room” was my first AI-generated stage play or movie. The screenplay was written for me by GPT-2.

OpenAI created with GPT-3 an unbelievably manifold digital writer, which stays within absurd realms, but its style and plot are mesmerizing. So I tried it again, and here you have a new version of a theater play, written by Artificial Intelligence.

My entry was the bold marked part of the text. The rest is the machine’s fruit of imagination.

Empty Room. Stage play in 1 act.

Empty room.
A man enters the room.
He looks out of the window and says: “It still hasn’t begun”.

The woman enters. She has a white dress and a book in her hand.

The woman: “I am waiting as well.”

The man: “For how long?”

The woman: “For a while.”

The man: “And why are you waiting?”
