Become a Certified ACP Enrollment Specialist in One Hour!

The national nonprofit organization Education SuperHighway offers a free online course teaching participants about the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and each step of the application process so they can help community members enroll. The course also covers device discount programs, how to assist special populations with the application (e.g., Tribal communities, undocumented individuals, people experiencing homelessness), and how to select ISPs and service plans.
After completing the 45- to 60-minute course, participants become certified ACP enrollment specialists.
