Germán Marín joins our Collector Success team in Bogotá!

As we have launched new markets every month, our network of global collectors and their support needs have grown with our business. As we continue to scale, we are committed to maintaining the same high-quality communication and support for our collectors across the world.

We are excited to welcome Germán Marín to our Collector Success team, based in our Bogotá, Colombia office. As a Collector Success Expert, Germán provides support to our global collector network — onboarding new collectors in launch markets, and responding to the needs of existing collectors as they contribute to tasks across a growing list of use cases we are delivering.

Prior to joining Native, Germán was a part of Google’s G-Suite support operation where his team managed high-revenue corporate accounts with up to 1,000 users per contract. This experience with large organizations, similar to Native’s clients, is critical for effectively driving enterprise-level engagement on a high-tech platform like our own.

With a background in graphic design, strong experience in visual and verbal communication, and a passion for music, Germán applies creativity and lateral thinking to understand problems and propose solutions. He has a proven track record of synthesizing his close interactions with users to generate insights that inform product improvements.
