G20 economies and the Panama Papers

Following the previous post on the Panama Papers we now show you a map displaying the top officer category for each of the G20 countries.

In line with our findings in the previous post, it seems that athletes are also dominating in most of the G20s. However, we also got some more interesting findings. For instance, most of the US people with an offshore company hold a University degree. Most of German officers are prominent businesspersons, while Canada is dominated by artists. Leaders (as a broad term for prominent people in leadership positions as politicians or businessmen) prevail in India and Turkey, and politicians by themselves are the leading group in Saudi Arabia. Regarding South Korea we do not have enough data to reach any conclusion.
