Our Mission and Goal

The mission of The Natural World is to bring high-quality, science-based, interpretive environmental education to the public. Our goal is to increase in you the perceived value of your natural heritage and inspire you to take part in its conservation and preservation.

What does that mean? It means that we take sound scientific data and concepts and write about them in ways that you can understand. We are pro-wildlife and write about topics that increase your understanding of the ecosystem. We believe that people work to protect that which they love. You can’t love what you don’t understand, so we want to help you understand the world around you.

We recruit experts and those passionate about these goals to bring their voices for your consideration. We are not for profit, but your support will help us continue to focus on providing more quality Conservation through Education.
