The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled and you can add less or more milk according to your preference. I like my shakes thick and creamy but you can go ahead and add milk if you like Dates and Honey Milkshake to not be much dense. INGREDIENTS
- Milk — 3 cups ( cold )
- Dates — 16–20 ( de-seeded and cut into small pieces )
- Honey — 1 tbsp
- Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add dates and little milk in the jar of a blender.
- Mix till dates are nicely blended.
- Add the remaining milk, honey and ice cubes.
- Blend well.
- Pour in serving glasses.
- Serve immediately.
