It’s true, the long-term post-COVID 19 effects some experience are real. Stemming from chronic fatigue and brain fog to joint and muscle pain, debilitating symptoms continue to persist in a large number of people. The sooner you tackle your pain, the better; COVID-19 can damage your internal organs too, not just your hardware. Do take this seriously.

Research offers ample radiological proof that COVID-19 can cause your own body to attack itself, which may result in rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and other chronic inflammatory diseases (CIDs). Fortunately, the medical literature offers plenty of good, evidence-based guidance.

The Diet

You must change your diet yesterday. Consume whole, plant-based foods, mostly steamed, blanched or boiled. Preparing food with water mitigates the inflammatory effects of acrylamides — naturally occurring carcinogenic toxins that result from frying, sauteing and baking. Need guidance? Start HERE.

Need to see some research? Take a LOOK.

Supplements

The diet alone is not enough. Some will require steroids, others will respond well to natural medicine — mineral-rich balneotherapy (epsom salt baths) as well as ginger, Boswellia, and curcumin, coupled with bromelain, a protein-digesting enzyme complex derived from pineapples.

Address Your Deficiencies

Don’t guess, please. Get tested and see what type of deficiencies you have. Every malady comes with corresponding deficiencies. Taking a multi can make you even more deficient, as nutrients compete for receptor space. Take a look at http://baze.com … It’s a good place to start.

Make Sure You Don’t have an Active (or Reactivated) Infection

Mind your inflammation markers and get tested for an active infection. There are a number of viral and bacterial infections that can deplete your energy producing reserves. For example, studies suggest that Human Herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) lead to chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia. HHV-4 (Epstein Barr Virus) can lead to anxiety and HHV-3 (chicken pox) can lead to joint inflammation. Other human herpes viruses are related to spinal nerve inflammation (severe back / neck pain) and more.

Detox

Toxic loads prevent the body from addressing its active infections (or keeping its latent ones under wrap) and may cause a variety of insipid manifestations — from fatigue and tremors to skin conditions, insomnia, and anxiety.

Meditation

Set 20 minutes aside a day to calm your mind. If you are an artist, use your craft, there is no better medicine. If you are not, close your eyes and concentrate on your breath, reciting and visualizing the following:

I breathe in light in preparation.

I exhale red intoxication.

I inhale orange citrus fun.

I exhale yellow rays of sun.

I inhale green apple’s delight.

I exhale blue dusk of the night.

I inhale indigo iris bouquet.

I exhale violet starburst display.

Visualize bathing your body in serenity, comfort, and colors. Breathe, smile, repeat.

Keep up with all of the above for at least 6 months to a year even if you start feeling better immediately.

To your health!
