We all know the best customer is a happy customer. Would like to share a small experience where we collaborated to resolve a critical issue.
Some time ago, we started getting complains from jobseekers on Nexus 5 that they were not able to open job description screen in Naukri’s android app. We tried hard but could not reproduce the issue. May be, it was due to some cascade effect. This resulted in bad ratings for us.
With efforts from QA & tech support we got an unhappy jobseeker to meet us and share her device. We went all the way to connaught place in Delhi to meet her, checked the issue and fixed it right there.
I still remember how happy she was to see the app working and could not thank us enough. This is what separates market leaders from followers!
