How do you know your impact?

Today I have questions. For no one in particular.

Is there a difference between micro-managing and course correcting as a means of guidance?

No one wants to be called a micro-manager, but many seek to assert their influence on their team.

Often in small, subtle ways as to keep the team “on track” and carrying out their vision.

At what point does one stop clearing away obstacles and starts to become one?

Can you be a leader if your own objectives come first?

What is the motive for empowerment?

Success through delegation? Widening the chance of being seen in a good light?

How do you know where you stand?

How do you know your impact?
