Old work, new work

I had a great day at work today. Two things happened that haven’t happened in a long time for me.

One, I had 6 hours of uninterrupted, focused work time. It’s a goal of mine to carve out more blocks of time to zone in. Today was a success.

Two, I spent the entire day in design mode. Over the last two years I have spent about 90% of my time coding. I didn’t realize how much I missed it.

Researching. Iterating through ideas. Discovering and solving problems.

I wanted to investigate Origami Studio, so I’m also taking advantage of the opportunity to try a new tool in the process.

I don’t know when I’ll get to design again. But, who knows where this could go?
