Today’s client case is a story about Wild God, an MMORPG distributed by Day 1 Entertainment, and a game that as been enjoying immense popularity since its release in the beginning of August.
The company’s latest work, Wild God, became a national topic of conversation when Lee Jung Jae, a famous Korean actor appeared in its commercial. Day 1 Entertainment is a game specialist that has published many MMORPG games besides Wild God, such as the fantasy action Blood Chaos: Awakening, mobile strategy SLG Chang Chun Sam Guk, and New Journey to the West, a casual MMORPG with reversal charms.

Q. Which NAVER Cloud Platform services are you currently using, and how did those services help you?
We’re currently using overall technical support and various operational features with the GAMEPOT SDK services.
Services that we’d usually develop independently are all included in GAMEPOT, which is why we also find it incredibly cost-saving. Technology integration can be done quickly and easily without needing to input separate development resources. In particular, collaboration with Chinese developers is so smooth that we can prepare for services without any delays.
Q. What are the distinctive features or advantages of NAVER Cloud Platform?
It supports the SDK for login through various domestic and foreign accounts, as well as each store payment module. This has prevented all sorts of development issues. Our game services are also provided without login and payment overload issues, etc., thanks to these stable services.
Q. Is there anything that you expect from NAVER Cloud Platform?
The first priority is to maintain stable services continuously by utilizing well the integrated features of GAMEPOT SDK. We hope that there will be various products for small and medium-sized enterprises.
