While a variety of new features have been added in this update, the features that enable more effective management of uploaded files truly stand out.
- Archive menu 📁
The Archive menu enables the admin to monitor all uploaded files. It is connected to the “Object Storage” product of NAVER Cloud Platform, so you can view all files from the dashboard and even manage the creation date and expiration date of files.

In addition, it’s been changed so that all files can be viewed after permission checks, and you can now efficiently manage uploaded files by setting the file download expiration date. You can also manage storage through setting the maximum file upload size and type (format) and block security threats in advance.

A real-time statistics feature is newly provided, which you can use to check real-time concurrent users (CCU), daily visitors, and visitors by period, and instantly secure data necessary for usage fee prediction and effective operation of chat response personnel.
