1. The month began with the cold chills of winter every morning a fresh misty day to start with.

2. Many of us were missing home because of the festive season, all wanted to spend it with family and dear ones.

3. Diwali festival is all about sharing love and care with everyone, we also celebrated Diwali in a different way, we visited old age homes and orphans it was very exciting to meet them all, we spent time with them playing, singing, dancing with those little tots made our day.

4. The next day of Diwali was celebrated in the campus only where we altogether cooked food, made rangoli decorated the campus with colors and lamps, everyone was excited they dressed up in traditional outfit totally the whole atmosphere was filled with love and bliss.

5. The new mentor tree process was well designed by our TNP Coordinator and it is really helpful for us to understand our concepts better. Our mentors are now guiding us in our studies.

6. On 10th November we visited the Akshay Patra’s kitchen (Isckon temple /kitchen is a non-profitable NGO which provides mid-day meals to millions of children all over India, this is called as “Akshaya Patra” which means unlimited food). In the kitchen, we saw how a large amount of food is being prepared and how to maintain kitchens hygiene.

7. Annu conducted a fun activity in the ground, everyone participated the activity was about how do we react for any situation whether we will get panicked or take it easy etc. We learned a lot like we react too much for very small reasons too, a lot of take-backs from the activity.

8. Mentors are guiding their mentees in their studies, and everyone should take a class on any topic. This classes also help us to clear our doubts and understand the topics better.

9. Again exercise and other few rules are back in the track, exercises in the evening time is refreshing to our minds.

10. The campus is not shifting which is a very good news as we will not be disturbed in the routine much and can give more time for studies.

11. We made a new rule that everyone should talk in English only. This helps us to improvise our speaking skills and vocabulary.

12. A new practice is also started we need to listen only to English songs and the list of songs is on Saral too.

The Bad:

  1. We faced a little mismanagement in the kitchen as the submissions of bills was delayed.
  2. This month we faced a lot of internet issues as the net was not working the studies were getting affected too. Network issue is a major issue right now.
  3. Lots of money, time was wasted in the process of campus hunt and due to that, the budget was also mismanaged.
  4. English intermediate classes are not going so good, the plans are not much executing properly.
  5. TO (Theatre of the Oppressed) classes have become irregular this month, it been so long since we attended the TO classes daily.
  6. Food and water wastage is increasing.

The Ugly:

  1. Shivani Sharma student of our campus faced two horrible situations one after the other which was not supposed to happen.
  2. Internet issue is a major issue.
