Monthly GBU
The Good:-
- In this month two members induced in our family. It is a good opportunity for us because we will learn “How to manage things with 56 girls.
2. Twenty-five volunteers came to our campus to know “How we manage our campus with the help of each other. We assigned two volunteers to every three girls then it’s their responsibility to explain the processes of NavGurukul to those volunteers.
3. We had a considerable discussion with MagicBus team member where students represent NavGurkuls processes to the team members of MagicBus.
4. Android students had a session with Krish. He suggested them, they should complete java first. It will help them to build their logic.
5. We also had a session with Rose related to English in which we did some activities with her. That day, students can see that they upgraded one step in their English.
6. We had a session related to Sexual Harassment in which girls share their story with the other students That was the great moment for us. Because of sharing girls could feel that energy in their body which they didn’t show in their past and the best part was the unity of all the girls.
7. Our team member decided the new processes for Training and placement. They made the TnP team in which two-member will conduct English activity and four members will see the programming part.
8. TnP team made flags according to the input of the students. Red Flag is for those students who didn’t give input. Yellow Flag for those students who are giving input in a proper way but an output is not coming according to their hard work. Then we will give them volunteer who will help them. The last Flag is Green for those students who are giving input in a proper way and output is also coming.
9. Ravina gave a presentation on Wastage of Food because students are not respecting the food in that they all were wasting food in our campus but we are feeling very grateful to Ravina. She saw this and tried to solve it.
10.No-one will force to follow the rule in our campus. We have rules but no — one will force us to follow it. The students are very happy.
11. We did GBM(General Body Meeting) between students and council in which council presented their work in form of GBU(Good Bad Ugly) then students questioned according to their GBU in the meeting.
12. Students did appreciation circle for council members’ work. It created positivity in the council member. They felt very under-appreciated because they thought that no — one not seeing their work.
The Bad:-
- Students shared too many problems in GBM which we didn’t know about this. It’s not a good sign for our family because NavGurkul is a family. In a family, we should know about the problems of every member.
2. We wasted 6 hours in GBM in very unnecessary topics. The GBU could have been finished in 2 hours but it got dragged too much.
3. After presenting the presentation, still, some students are wasting food and water.
4.When twenty-volunteer came to our campus. Before volunteer came to our campus, lots of mismanagement happened.
The UGLY:-
1. Students are not able to focus on their studies.
2. We are planning to shift from this place because of eve-teasing happening in a very bad way. The society is also not supportive.
