We interviewed the businesses, which are using Naviaddress to understand what service function will engage more customers and derived 4 options for the Call-to-Action button:

Request a callback

Users are able to request a callback from Premium Naviaddress’s owner.

Call us

Premium Naviaddress owners provide users with an opportunity to make the direct call in one click.

Book services or leave feedback

Users will be automatically redirected to the web-address added by the Naviaddress’s owner.

Note that only Premium Naviaddresses and Naviaddress events have an access to set a Call-to-Action button!

How to add a Call-to-Action button to your Premium Naviaddress

There is an opportunity to activate a Call-to-Action button to each Premium Naviaddress. Follow the simple instructions below to start using it:

Step 1.
Open your Premium Naviaddress and click on the three dots to start editing a naviaddress card.

Step 2.
Сlick “Edit address”

Step 3.
Call-to-Action button is turned off by default, to turn it on click on “Add Call-to-Action”

Step 4.
Choose one of the Actions for the button, input the needed info (Book, Request to call back, Direct Call, Link to the webpage) and click “Save changes”

Call-to-Action button is available on our free applications: web, Android and iOS.

A couple of digits in a naviaddress contain relevant information and a mini webpage.
