Added support for Lapps, an app that connects to NayutaWallet.

As of this writing (November 30, 2022), Lightning Crush v1.8.9 is supported. SaruTobi will also be supported through updates.

History export format

Output format of history has been changed to CSV.

Bug fix

Bugs reported by users have been fixed.
