Confusions-anger and last resolution for nDEX Network reward distribution.

$NDT is an utility token on nDEX Network ecosystem which will be used for profit distribution as reward starting from 1st February 2019 paid in Ethereum.
Our proposed rules/conditions/terms for reward distribution:
- Every account should have Ten Million $NDX & 100 $NDT through out the month.
2. Profit share distribution will be calculated by numbers of $NDX & $NDT holdings.
3. All $NDX & $NDT holdings will be counted only on nEXBit account.
4. $NDX & $NDT holdings will be verified by taking two snapshots which will be taken on 10th & 25th of every month.
5. Distribution will be executed based on average of $NDX & $NDT numbers.
6. Every honorable reward holder will have to complete 1 BTC equivalent trading volume any of their chosen currency pair during that period. ( from day 1 to last day of that month )
7. Reward will be given 4th — 7th of the following month.
8. Reward will be automatically distributed to eligible holders addresses.
9. First three month ( starting from 1st February 2019 ) if nDEX Network will fails to generate standard revenue then for the promotion of Reward system, nDEX Network Ltd. Will donate 20 ETH minimum to Reward distribution pool each month.
10. Profit & Reward related data will be stored on nDEX Network Ltd. Data Bank, which can be accessible by all honorable holders with special permissions / tokens.
If anyone doesn't meet up only clause no. 6 he/she will be eligible to get 30% profit share.
On 18th October 2018 nDEX Network introduces $NDT to the community as nDEX Network mid-term future plan. nDEX Network drives $NDX to cross-platform payment system as well as general use. Every $NDT holder will play a decent role on future nDEX Network development.
Finally, on 24th December 2018 nDEX Network’s Reward Distribution System Revealed.
With due respect of our valued community members’ suggestions we have two amendments described below -
Amendment 1 :
Anyone filling ten clauses set by nDEX Network will be eligible to get 50% profit share as reward. nDEX Network has all platforms to lead in crypto world. It’s a must thing to fill up to get 50% profit share. If anyone doesn't meet up only clause no. 6 he/she will be eligible to get 30% profit share.

Amendment 2:
nDEX Network will take 3 snapshots to measure a holders eligibility on 7th, 14th & 21st of every month. On snapshot capturing day you have to have $NDX & $NDT in nEXBit account as required in quantity.
Dear big holders of $NDX & $NDT,
Within month nDEX Network will deploy a timer based smart contract enabled dApps for you.
