엔퍼(NPER)가 교도컨설팅그룹과 IP 공동투자 및 협업을 진행합니다.
엔퍼는 일본 최대의 독립 PR회사인 교도PR 그룹의 자회사인 교도컨설팅그룹과 파트너십을 체결하고 지식재산권 (이하 IP) 사업에 공동투자를 진행하였습니다.
지난 1964년 설립된 교도PR 그룹은 일본에서 가장 오래된 컨설팅회사로 나고야, 독일, 벨기에, 베이징, 상해, 서울 등에 해외거점을 보유하고 있습니다. 교도PR 그룹은 자스닥 상장사로 360여명의 전문인력으로 구성되었으며 다양한 프로젝트 컨설팅 및 투자를 진행해왔습니다.
이번 협약을 통해 교도컨설팅그룹과 엔퍼(NPER)는 에너지발전사업 기술 특허권 IP관련 공동투자를 진행하였습니다. 이번에 공동투자를 진행한 IP에 관해서는 추후 자세히 공개할 예정입니다.
또한 이와 더불어 일본 모회사와 연계하여 일본 블록체인 및 IP 시장 진출에 적극 협업하기로 하였습니다.
엔퍼는 장기적인 관점에서 지식재산권 산업의 기술 기반의 혁신을 실행에 옮기고 있으며 이번 공동투자 및 협력을 통해 블록체인 기반의 IP사업을 본격화할 것입니다.
NPER cooperates with Kyodo Consulting Group on joint IP investment.
NPER has partnered with Kyodo Consulting Group, a subsidiary of Kyodo PR Group, Japan’s largest independent PR company, and has made joint investments in intellectual property rights (IP) business.
Kyodo PR Group, founded in 1964, is Japan’s oldest consulting firm and has opened overseas branches in Nagoya, Germany, Belgium, Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul. The Kyodo PR Group is a Jasdaq listed company, consisting of approximately 360 professionals and has been engaged in various project consulting and investment.
Kyodo Consulting Group and NPER jointly invested in IP related patent rights of technology for energy generation business through this partnership. We will disclose details of the invested IP in later date.
In addition, NPER will actively cooperate in association with the Japanese holding company to enter Japanese blockchain and IP market.
NPER is implementing technology-based innovations in the intellectual property industry from a long-term perspective and will regularize the blockchain-based IP business through this joint investment and cooperation.
