First NEAR Based Mobile Wallet Sender Launches Public Beta

Sender Wallet announced today that its mobile wallet is officially live on NEAR for public beta. Users can now download the APK installer (Android version) from the official website for testing. The official version (Google Play / App Store) is expected to be released in August 2022.

Sender Wallet is a non-custodial wallet built on the NEAR blockchain. Currently, the Sender browser-based plug-in is supporting Chrome, Brave, Edge, and Kiwi. Sender is also one of the most used cryptocurrency wallets in the NEAR ecosystem. It has accumulated over 300,000 downloads and is connected to over 20 leading projects in the NEAR ecosystem.

The Sender team received seed rounds from Binance Labs and Metaweb Ventures last year and closed a private round led by top industry investors this year. We are currently recruiting and expanding our team to provide a more secure and user-friendly wallet product for our users.
