Meet 6 high-value startups pitching for $200k in funding at the NEAR Blockchain Accelerator Demo Day
After a three-month-long accelerator programprogramma and intense learning, we have shortlisted six high-value startups that will make their final pitches on NEAR demo day to get fundraising of $200k.
From the Bootcamp to the Demo Day
In the lead-up to the Demo Day, we successfully conducted a month-long Bootcamp in August with 12 teams who were shortlisted from over 170+ projects that registered for the programme. At the Bootcamp, the startups were mentored by some experts in the industry who are professionals in the Web 3.0 space. They learnt about aspects such as:
- Starting up in the crypto space
- Business models for Web 3.0 startups
- Product Development
- Building on NEAR Protocol
- Token Economics and Mechanism Design
- Exploring DAOs
In addition to these, the 12 startups were invited to be a part of exclusive 1-on-1 sessions on understanding regulatory compliances and learning about anticipatory risks involved with the support of Policy 4.0 — crypto regulation experts.
The Bootcamp ended on a high note with the internal Demo Day, where the startups showcased the knowledge gained at the Bootcamp via their pitches to a panel of judges. Based on the progress showcased, we chose six out of 12 teams to pitch for the $200k in funding at Demo Day.

Meet the Demo Day Finalists
Argo Protocol
ArGo is a blockchain-based, serverless app deployment platform that enables enterprises, organisations, and developers to ship their data on decentralised infrastructure with ease quickly. It is basically an all-in-one decentralized platform for automating modern web projects.
Genebloc Private Limited
Based out of Bangalore, India. Genebloc Private Limited amalgamates genomics into unbounded technology while making it accessible and affordable to the general public.
MooPay
Based out of Chandigarh, India. MooPay is a single blockchain wallet for Simple, Low-fee Payments in any currency. The users can automate their financial transactions without any coding required by building them on the MooPay framework.
MotoDB
Based out of Pune, India. MotoDB is a Global, Decentralized Car Industry Blockchain that enables the paradigm of the connected car. It is a new, open-source, public blockchain created entirely to incentivize the adoption, implementation and creation of physical, decentralized On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) devices and associated vehicle data
Pixelate
Based out of Ahmedabad, India. Pixelate automates market makers for photographs generated through image-sensing devices. Pixelate issued Pixel Tokens (Pt) to unlock the capacity of an average person to take part in a global economy. It also brings financial inclusion to all with a smartphone camera.
PredictRAM
Based out of Delhi, India. PredictRAM predicts the future of financial and economic events using AI, ML analytics.
Demo Day
The Demo Day — scheduled to take place on Saturday, 25 Sept; 5:00 p.m. IST onwards — will bring together the vision of the NEAR Blockchain Accelerator by supporting the startups in the Web 3.0 space with a platform to pitch their products and raise funds. Here’s what the Demo Day will feature:

- 6 Startup Pitches
- A Panel Discussion on the State of Web 3.0 Startups today, elaborates on the challenges and opportunities in starting up as a crypto/blockchain tech-based startup, regulatory compliances and more. The Panel will feature experts and founders from the Web 3.0 Space namely: Tanvi Ratna — CEO, Policy 4.0; Robert Yan — NEAR Protocol; Raghu Mohan — CEO & Co-founder, Lumos Labs.
