Pillars of Paras: Past, Present, and Future
It has been a week since the launch of Pillars of Paras. The event was planned to run for a week, but we did not expect the enthusiasm of the community.
At the beginning of Paras, we distributed “Key to Paras” to our early supporters. Pillars of Paras is our first official card collection sale since our launch. We released three cards; each has its own merit and story behind it. These three cards are also a representation of supports divided into three tiers. We congratulate all users who manage to get their hands on these cards before they sold out.
On the 12th of April, we opened up a form for users to fill in order to gain early access to Paras NFT Drops. We call it the “Form of Eligibility”. During a week of registration time, we record more than 900 people signing up to gain early access.
On the 18th of April, we sent emails to 450 eligible accounts informing them that they can start buying the cards on the 19th of April, 00.01 (UTC). Here’s the report:
- “The Founders” card has sold out in under 10 minutes since we opened the market. Each card could be purchased for 45 $NEAR. There are 100 copies of “The Founders”.
- “The First Men” and “The Firstborn” have sold out in a day. “The First Men” could be purchased for 30 $NEAR while “The Firstborn” was listed for 15 $NEAR. There are 200 copies of “The First Men” and 300 copies of “The Firstborn”.
- On the 21st of April, the owner of these cards can resell them to other collectors. They are still available in various prices.
We are truly delighted by the enthusiasm and support from the communities. We wish this NFT Drops can be the next gateway that opens up more opportunities for crypto-projects in the future.
What’s next?
Following the success of the event, we also announced the Paras token. Paras token is a utility token that will be utilized to maximize the functionality of features and future development of Paras. It will be distributed to users for using Paras marketplace.

The NFT Drops also creates the “drop” feature in Paras. The feature will be accessible for every creator who would like to launch their project with us. Games, novels, comics, and other projects can release their own NFT drops just like the “Pillars of Paras”. We believe that there are more use cases for NFTs. Currently, we are also working with several projects who would like to utilize the “drop” feature. On top of that, we are constantly working on how to support the communities and the platform.
