Orion Cloud Platform Announcements & Releases
AI User Release
On November 14, Orion released the AI user interface where users can request computing resources. Users can now upload AI scripts (tasks) through developer dashboard and reserve instances to execute tasks. Through the developer dashboard, users are able to upload deep learning scripts as AI tasks to selected group, this group ledger will match and assign the task to an eligible worker.
The GPU workers, serve as computing resource providers. Individual GPU devices can join a local group (ledger) as a member of the decentralized network to earn reward from executing tasks.

Orion Beta Release
On November 16, 2018, the Orion Cloud Platform will release the beta version of the platform.
Orion Cloud is a decentralized and distributed artificial intelligence computing network, assembling hardware providers from around the world. The Orion Cloud Platform provides cost effective AI computing power to enterprises and Universities. Its cost is 70% less than current centralized AI providers.

Orion Cloud Platform Introduction
The Orion Cloud Platform is a cutting edge cloud computing solution for deep learning. Orion matches the user’s hardware and software according to requirements during the task creation, providing consistent performance for AI training. It has been successfully applied to a variety of smart models, including but not limited to:

Orion Cloud Platform Features:
Orion Enterprise Cloud Center
The Orion cloud platform includes the AI Users, the Ledger (leader of the compute group), and the AI worker (AI compute provider).
AI users: Will create a request for a task. They will upload their task on the Orion cloud platform. They will select a Ledger, according to their needs. Once the task is completed, the user can view the results by downloading the completed file.
Ledger: The Ledger is the leader of the AI task operation. They acts as a digital distributed autonomous organization, to place orders, deposit funds, conduct refunds and settlements in the Nebula AI blockchain. In order to process the ledger, it is required to have a public IP. The Ledger also provides API access to verify the status of AI workers and current task pool status.
Note: Enterprise ledger will be exclusively hosted by Nebula AI, once the platform is more stable, Orion will release the community ledger for voluntary ledger registration. Community ledger will have same rights as enterprise ledger.
AI worker: AI worker provide the computing resource on the Orion cloud platform. They rent out their GPU computing power on Orion to provide support to compute intensive workloads for users. If they match the requirements to become an AI worker, the worker will need to download and install the client package, and join an Orion Ledger group. They will receive tasks from the Orion task pool, and receive NBAI tokens as a reward after completing the task assigned.

Once the Enterprise Cloud Center is released, the Community Developer Center will be released next. The Community user can use the command line task to submit options that bypass the registration step. More details will be announced soon.
