It has recently been brought to our attention that some developers have been promoting their DApps in the name of Nebulas, bringing many doubts to community. Nebulas team hereby declare the following：
- Please note that all DApps on Nebulas mainnet were developed by third-party developers from the community;
- Nebulas team DID NOT promote any DApp within the community. Nebulas team reserves the right to take any legal actions against the suspected acts of false promotion, misusing the name and brand of Nebulas.
We hereby would like to remind our community members：
- Please protect your asset and personal information when using the third-party DApps. You agree to assume all the risks and liabilities that may possible arise therefrom;
- The third party shall be responsible for all the losses and damages caused by third-party developers or DApps. And Nebulas team assumes no responsibility.
Nebulas team understands very well the original aspiration of developers to promote their applications and appreciates their effort to promote their DApps via reasonable and legal ways. As the next generation of public blockchain aiming at a continuously improving ecosystem, Nebulas has always been upholding the principle of developer-friendly, and will continue provide a healthy environment for developers.
