Nectar DAO recently concluded its month-long bootstrap phase, distributing a total of 150,000 Reputation (out of 1,000,000) to Reputation-claiming early adopters. Below we shed light on the distribution of Reputation for each method along with other insightful statistics. Read on for more.
To recap, Nectar DAO is the decentralised nerve-centre of Nectar. It is designed to give Nectar holders a way to collectively govern the use of 17,000 ETH pledged from the now-defunct Ethfinex exchange. Learn more about Nectar DAO here.
The bootstrap phase began on 18 December 2019 and ended on 17 January 2020. Governance phase will begin on 24 January 2020 and will be the first time people can submit proposals and members can determine the success of them.
