🍺🍃春綠啤酒,台啤 新面孔 Taiwan Beer Limited Edition Spring 2018, Green Tea Ale, a shaky rookie

台灣啤酒2010年後推很多新產品,但每次嚐新,都令人期待又怕受傷害。

Taiwan Beer pushes a lot of new products after 2010 , but each time the epistemic is anticipated fear of getting hurt.

春綠啤酒,是台啤2018新面孔,酒精含量百分之三,茶汁添加百分之七點五。外罐設計讓人耳目一新。

“Taiwan Beer Limited Edition Spring 2018” is the rookie of Taiwan Beer Brewery. Three percent alcohol content, the tea add 7.5%. The outer tank design has a refreshing feeling.

可惜,以最寬鬆標準,輕啤酒角度,嚐來還是過甜,與標榜「日式培茶火香」的文案有落差,如用2017年麒麟啤酒類似添加綠葉的若葉香啤酒來比,遜色許多。

Unfortunately, in terms of the most relaxed standards, light beer, “Taiwan Beer Limited Edition Spring 2018" is still too sweet, and there is a long way to catch up with Kirin Wakaba Kaoru Hop beer.

講白了:春綠啤酒,像過甜的花茶。

在全年炎熱月分多,啤酒消耗量很大的台灣市場,春綠啤酒、蜂蜜啤酒、水果啤酒、果微醺系列等,鎖定女性或輕酒精需求族群的概念,可以理解。

The concept of women or light alcohol demand groups is understandable in the Taiwanese market where there is a lot of hot monthly months and the consumption of beer is large, such as spring green beer, honey beer, fruit beer series, and fruity less-drunk mseries.

但包含最新的春綠啤酒在內,這些輕酒精啤酒甜度都過高,也許在手搖泡沫飲料泛濫的島上,台啤調整甜度有其市場考量,但定位仍令人覺得搖擺。

However, including the latest “Taiwan Beer Limited Edition Spring 2018”, the sweetness of these light-alcohol beers is too high. Perhaps on the island where shaking bubble drinks are flooding, the degree of sweetness of Taiwanese beer adjustment has its market considerations, but the positioning still feels wobbling.

無論酒精百分比降低多少,只要酒精含量不是零,就得在法定飲酒年齡十八歲以上市場裡作戰,永遠趕不上無酒精泡沫飲料或茶飲料的全年齡涵蓋面。

No matter how much the percentage of alcohol is reduced, as long as the alcohol content is not zero, you have to fight in a market where the legal drinking age is above 18 years old, and never catch up to the full age of non-alcoholic foam beverages or tea beverages.

一味加強甜味向無酒精泡沫飲料或茶飲傾斜,無法在啤酒領域擴大打擊面。

Blindly inclined to strengthen the sweet non-alcoholic beverages or bubble tea drinks, you can not expand the field of beer.

台灣啤酒之所以贏得眾多老客戶與日本、韓國觀光客喜愛,有很大一部分來自於台灣啤酒融合蓬萊米與啤酒花的獨特味道。

The reason why Taiwan Beer has won the love of many old customers and tourists from Japan and South Korea, a large part comes from the unique flavor of Taiwanese beer blending with Penglai Rice and hops.

而台灣高山茶水準之高,更舉世聞名。

The level of high mountain tea in Taiwan is even more world-famous.

如何保持台灣啤酒原本蓬萊米特色,再結合台灣高山茶的味道與盛名,或許比調高甜味困難,但才能造就真正的啤酒明星。

How to maintain the original Penglai rice characteristic of Taiwan beer, combined with Taiwan’s high mountain tea taste and reputation, perhaps more difficult than the increase of sweetness,

But it could be the way to create a real beer superstar.
