透過西班牙燉飯認識 小紅椅 西北限定淡色艾爾 啤酒 Tasted Red Chair NWPA pale ale at Time’s Eat restaurant, Taipei
人生有很多意想不到的事，陪老婆嚐西班牙燉飯，結果認識一瓶新啤酒，或者應該說，一個新名詞，西北限定淡色艾爾。
There’s always something that you couldn’t predict. We just wanted to have some risotto. In the end, I tasted a new beer I’ve never tasted before.
西北限定淡色艾爾，應該是美國西北部的啤酒宅想出來的地域名詞，到這個位於美國奧勒岡州德斯區特的酒廠官網，看到他們自我介紹憨厚的笑容，就不怪他們自創名詞了，他們的笑是裝不出來的，真的為釀啤酒開心的笑。
NWPA. It’s India pale ale in northwestern United States. I liked the smile I saw at “discover-deschutes” web page of Deschutes Brewery that’s true happy from the heart of brewers which you could tell from the photo.
小紅椅西北限定淡色艾爾啤酒，有復古味酒標，官網註明是春天一到四月釀的啤酒，柑橘味、花香帶一點紅茶味，6.2%稍微調高的酒精度與淡苦平衡，適合在炎熱的夏天慢慢啜飲。
The lebel of Red Chair NWPA pale ale designed fitted the mond of retro. Deschutes Brewery noted it’s only available in January — April. It seemed to me a perfect balanced beer between Citrus, Succulent & Floral.
Time’s Eat西班牙餐廳的菜單很棒，像展開陳舊古老的卷宗，在還沒有嚐到餐點前，給滑手機時代顧客一點點回到過去的經驗。
The menu design of Time’s Eat restaurant was great that pull you out of the narrow world on your smart phone to a world of old times. We loved the menu before we started to order anything.
老婆點的辣味雞肉豆莢燉飯不錯，在酷熱裡，一點點辣開胃效果很好，配小紅椅西北限定淡色艾爾啤酒的淡苦，是很平衡的餐飲體驗。
My Wife ordered a spicy chicken with peas risotto. It tasted perfect with a bit spicy in Summer. And also a great companion to match the light bitter Red Chair NWPA pale ale.
