1. 每日可喝首選 Daily drinker Nikka from the Barrel whisky 威士忌
Nikka from the Barrel 作為每日可喝的威士忌，有兩大優點：
- 500ml小瓶裝，每天飲用時抱著酒瓶有種愉悅的輕盈感；
- 酒精濃度高達51.4%，純飲非常有層次，即便面對炎熱夏日需要加冰跟氣泡水調成HIghball時，也能保持一定的酒體，不至於被氣泡水沖淡。
聞起來，
蜂蜜、桃子與橘子香，
純喝第一口混合焦糖、蜂蜜與橡木桶味，
餘韻則回到深沉橘子味。

Ichiro’s malt and grain blended whisky, as a whisky that “impresses guests”, is almost the best choice, not only for its flavor and smoothness, but also for its superiority to Royal Salute 21 years and Ballantine’s 21 years in the author’s mind.
秩父威士忌的故事，每重說一次，都能打動沒聽過故事的客人，堪稱「有故事讓客人印象深刻」的酒；
The story of Ichiro’s whiskey, every time it is retold, can move the customers who have not heard the story, and it is called “a drink with a story that impresses the customers”.
秩父威士忌的主角肥土伊知郎的祖父擁有羽生蒸餾廠，隨日本泡沫經濟破滅而在2004年關廠，肥土伊知郎到處借錢把祖父遺留下的 400 桶原酒存放到福島縣笹の川酒造。
取回了肥土家三代心血釀造原酒後，伊知郎在崎玉縣成立 Venture Whisky， 2005年將這批當時取回的 400 桶威士忌原酒以伊知郎日文發音－Ichiro’s Malt 品牌裝桶重新包裝銷售，
接著他將祖父留下傳奇羽生威士忌以「撲克牌」52 種花色做酒標發售，最傳奇一瓶於 2015 年 8 月香港Bonhams 威士忌拍賣會以港幣 3,797,500 元拍出（約台幣 14,620,375 元）。
雖然羽生蒸餾廠已不存在，但伊知郎保留祖父遺留的 400 桶原酒，由福島縣帶回屬於肥土家族的地方繼續熟成，
2008 年秩父蒸餾所獲得日本釀造許可開始蒸餾，這個小型蒸餾廠採用木質發酵槽與小型蒸餾機，酒質極高，入門款的秩父白葉麥芽與穀物調和威士忌，即便沒有年份註記，仍遠勝許多大牌名酒。
