We got a governance meeting, users proposed some ways and decided on some minimum requirements as essential. It is below;

Method and Period

• The old native chain will continue to exist, albeit freely. So as result like a fork mechanism.
• Since we want to continue the native chain as much as possible, so delay the timing of the swap period than the first idea.
• It’s hard to connect with and unstable chain, So it’s manual work given.
• The fees for distributing new tokens will be borne by the project, that is we pay a fee. However, the minimum amount is 100NEET.
• Each new Token wallet is prepared at your own risk. refer ANN2
• About sent NEETCOIN, Return to NEETCOIN after swapping period, because continue for native chain necessary.
• Tokens amount are counted as last mined block possibly. So not 1:1. so 1:X.
• After the swap period, it will be returned, so you cannot receive the swap after the swap period to prevent double swaps. Don’t missed.
• The period depends on the chain situation, but it is planned to be around 2 months.
• So note, if you not swap for get the super block until the last minute. If you are late, we will not respond new token.
• Please observe morals and manners. Consecutive splitting of small amounts with no mean and malicious behavior are excluded, so BAN.

For new tokens holders

You probably know that there will be many Neetcoin that will not be swapped, such as coins that have not participated in the swap or coins that have been lost from reality. The forecast is easy.

Regarding the use of remaining Tokens, we are thinking of returning them to active users. In other words, there is no problem with the number of useless tokens that Management/Admin has as little as possible.

Without going into details, you can probably guess. For example, one. it is not impossible to use a testnet for development, so even real tokens would not require a large number of tokens.

A classic “Airdrop” idea would be nice too, but either way, we should talk to it later on meeting etc. At least we want to give back to Active holders for now.

FAQ

1 — Are New Tokens Worth It?

At least, there are many fees for issuing and distributing Tokens. So even if it’s a realistic answer, it’s worth the fee. If it’s okay to talk with more idea plans as value, the value will be enormous, is that okay? So me no say.

2 — Have any plans for List Native NEETCOIN?

It will be a public and freedom coin.

3 — Have any plans for List New $NTT Token?

Still do not know. However, compared to native chains, it is easy to list on exchanges that handle Polygon.

We have been several cases in the past where exchanges that thought NEETCOIN was ERC20 wanted to list it. We may be able to good answer next time.

4— Where can I get information? where should I wait?

• トークンの量は、おそらく最後に採掘されたブロックがあるとして計算されます。したがって、1:1 ではなく1:Xです。
• スワップ期間終了後は返却となりますので、二重スワップ防止のため、スワップ期間終了後はスワップを受けれません。お見逃しなく。
• 期間はチェーンの状況にもよりますが、2ヶ月程度を予定しております。
• そのため、最後の最後までスーパーブロックを取得するためにスワップしない場合は注意してください。遅れた場合、新規トークンの対応はいたしません。
• モラル・マナーを守ってご利用ください。意味のない少額の連続分割、悪質な行為はBAN対象です。

また、アクティブな保有者のために、このスワップ期間後に新しいトークンを動かします。 以下です；

新しいトークンホルダーへ

これに参加していないコインや事実失われたコインなど、トークンイベントの対象にされないNEETCOINが多数存在することは簡単に分かることでしょう。

残ったトークンの使用については、アクティブユーザーに還元することを考えています。 つまり、管理者が持っている無駄なトークンの数はできるだけ少なくても問題ないと考えています。

詳細を語るまでもなく、皆さんがすでに分かっていることです。 たとえば1つあげると、開発にテストネットを使用することは不可能ではないため、実際のトークンでも多数のトークンは必要ないのです。

古典的な「Airdrop」のアイデアもいいでしょうが、いずれにせよ、後でミーティングなどで話し合う必要があります。

1 —新しいトークンは価値がありますか?

少なくとも、トークンの発行と配布には多くの手数料がかかります。そんな現実的な答えでいえば、料金分の価値があると言えます。もし、そうではないアイデア案を価値として話してもいいなら、その価値は莫大なものになりますので、意味のないことですね。

2 — ネイティブのNEETCOINの上場はありますか?

パブリックで自由なコインになります。

3 —新しい $NTT トークンの上場する予定はありますか?

まだありません。ただし、ネイティブチェーンに比べてPolygonを扱う取引所には上場しやすいでしょう。

過去にNEETCOINをERC20だと思っていた取引所が上場を希望した事例がいくつかあります。 次回は良い回答ができるかもしれません。
