The busy Charlotte tax preparer was trying so hard to listen to my instructions, but I could hear in the background that she was already inviting the next client to sit down in front of her desk. “Jackie!” I said, loud enough for the multitasking woman to hear me. “Did you hear what I said about being near the phone when you verify the phone number on your Yelp page?”
“I’m sorry,” she responded. “Yeah I hear you.”

The Importance of a Charlotte Yelp Page for Neighborhood Tax Center

A Little More Info About Yelp
Both Yelp and Facebook came out the same year, Facebook on February 4th of 2004 (meaning that the social media platform, the largest one in the world, just celebrated its 20th birthday according to USA Today), and Yelp that Fall.
The Yelp Newsroom states that the founders were two men named Jeremy Stoppelman and Russel Simmons, not to be confused with the co-founder of Def Jam records, Russell Simmons, the latter Russell having two L’s in his first name instead of one. Jeremy and Russel used to work at PayPal, (one of the most popular money transfer payment systems in the world), got together and founded Yelp in July of ’04, then launched it that October.
