Welcome to The State of Small Business Address by myself Nelson Moropana. This is a series dedicated to finding answers and ways we can be improving business efficiencies especially in today’s ever changing- fast paced environment.
This is a 3 months intervention so I would like to invite you to the table, sit back and get into the discussion.
With the series I will be presented curret perspectives, given the socio-political state of affairs that’s driven by local and international trends, and within, give insights into what sall businesses should be on the lookout for, potentiall threads, opportunities and other things that might be beneficial to the every running of their business.
You may be asking why though?
Business is a beast on its own, and as such requires monitoring and constant adaptation — and in the series we will be doing exactly that, monitoring and seeking ways to do better. As a small business owner myself I am right on the ground, digging, analyzing and exploring ways to be efficient and one of the ways to ensure extra efficiency is to reflect on what’s out there and this series will be don just that.
