Visit to NEM Blockchain Centre in Malaysia
The NEM Australia Team (Jian Chan & Raph Fernandez) recently travelled to Malaysia to visit the NEM Blockchain Center and meet the team.
It was a good opportunity for both sides to meet, network and discuss what each other have been working on and the plans for the future. Whilst there, Raph had the opportunity to interview Stephen Chia, the head of Southeast Asia and Jasmine Ng, Director of Investment and Special Projects. You can watch the interviews below!
Both teams also met with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to discuss the future of blockchain in the Malaysian ecosystem and explore how the public sector can utilise blockchain.
