Tiketti Receives Ticket Store of the Year Award 2016 in Finland

We are happy to share the news that our customer Tiketti received the 2016 Finnish Ticket Store of the Year award at the Industry Awards gala at the Music & Media conference in Tampere last weekend. Nemesys has been Tiketti’s ecommerce software provider for over ten years. Finland’s 3rd largest ticket sales agency is well known for it’s excellent customer service, both on the consumer side as well the organizer side. Previously Tiketti has won the Service Provider of the Year award during 2012–2014. We at Nemesys are delighted to see Tiketti as the first winner in this new category. During our co-operation Tiketti has experienced a strong, continuous growth. We have continuously improved the service to meet the increasing demands of Tiketti’s growing sales.
