Introducing XSig, a multisig Safe Smart Account deployed by Palmera

We are excited to introduce XSig, a multisig Safe smart account on Neo X deployed by Palmera. This new app provides Neo X users with secure multisig services designed to enhance asset security and support decentralized collaboration and decision-making.

A multisig (multi-signature) Safe smart account requires multiple signatures from authorized user addresses in order to approve transactions. This approach boosts security by preventing any individual from accessing or transferring funds without consensus.

As one of the largest smart account ecosystems on EVM, Safe is used by over 200 projects and has secured more than $100 billion in assets. Palmera, an aggregation layer, empowers users to manage Safe multisigs across various blockchains.

With XSig, available here, users can log in with familiar wallets such as MetaMask, Walletconnect, Ledger and others. It will enable them to:

• Create new Safe accounts
• Designate signers and manage multisig transactions
• Manage asset balances with enhanced control and flexibility

Since its launch in July, multiple wallets have integrated Neo X, including Echooo, Gate, NeoLine, Atomic, Neon, and Math. The integration of Safe’s multisig smart account by Palmera further contributes to a comprehensive asset management infrastructure on Neo X.
