A Short Report for NEO Malaysia’s First Meetup on 5th September 2018
It was fortunate for us that Malcolm Lerider, Senior R&D Manager at NEO Global Developments (NGD) was in Malaysia for the ASEAN Decentralized 2.0 conference on 3rd and 4th September.
We took it as an opportunity to quickly put together a NEO meetup on 5th September, allowing our local community to hear directly from the NEO-figurehead himself.
From here onward, we will let the photos do the talking.

We intend to keep NEOMY’s meetup themes focused on educational and developmental topics. We believe that monetary investments can only go so far and in order to succeed in the long-run, we must be able to build, which is where all the groundwork must happen. We also want to use this as a platform where blockchain- and NEO-enthusiasts can gather to connect with like-minded friends!
This first meetup has given us some experience in running these events. As such, we have started to plan ahead for Meetup #2! It may not happen so soon, but stay tuned!
