Issue with Continuous Loading of Wallet : Resolved
Thank you for your patience as we looked into the issue of a continuous loading symbol that some users were experiencing when searching or opening their wallet on NEO Tracker. We narrowed it down to an issue which only seemed to affect wallets that held RPX (Red Pulse Phoenix) tokens. The issue was no fault of the RPX token or the Neo blockchain, but an issue with how NEO Tracker handles token migrations.
The old RPX token, which was swapped for the PHX token in 2018, no longer exists, but RPX token transactions still exist on the blockchain. Thus, NEO Tracker still reads and stores those token transactions and token balances, but since the token no longer exists NEO Tracker was not finding the token information. In order to fix the continual loading we have made an update so now your wallet will load and you will see an “Unknown” token listed in your wallet or in transactions. Just know that an “Unknown” token probably represents transactions and balances of the old RPX token.
