Traditional blood report format

🧐 When you look at a printout of your lab results, you’ll find a lot of text, your biomarker value and the normal ranges for each blood test next to your personal results. But what it doesn’t tell is what it means for you finally ?

🩸What if a blood test result is at the very low or high end of normal, or even slightly outside the normal range?

No, being outside the normal range can be completely healthy. The ranges vary from lab to lab and person to person. There’s no direct correlation with diseases for a single biomarker tested. 🧬One need to look at the complex graph of biomarkers to understand what’s happening inside thier body.

Minor fluctuations in test results may also reflect

  • recent infections
  • medication side effects
  • stress
  • pregnancy
  • inaccurate lab procedures

What you should do

Don’t google search. It will lead to misinformation as you would not be putting context to each of the given value. You should show the report to a doctor if you are experiencing any symptoms.

Otherwise, you can upload your report to https://neodocs.in which will process all your blood biomarker, explain them to you, correlate all the complex interactions and also guide you with the immediate next steps to lower the risk of a disease.

Any questions on blood report, please post it in comments.
