We are pleased to announce that we have joined the Innovation Programme of Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), the entry point for investors in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Since establishing our Abu Dhabi office in September 2022, we have been working with government agencies to explore business expansion opportunities.
In January, we were the only blockchain company part of the Korean government’s business delegation to the UAE.

NEOPLY joins Innovation Programme of Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO)
With ADIO’s growth-enabling support, we will work with Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and its sound and progressive DeFi regulatory framework, with the aim of becoming one of the first regulated DeFi providers in the world.
We are looking to participate in ADGM’s Digital Lab and collaborate closely with their Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) to build a framework for the DeFi industry that both mitigates risks to consumers and the financial industry and lets new business models develop to improve consumer experiences and outcomes.
ADIO’s AED 2 billion ($545 million) Innovation Programme supports businesses in innovation-focused sectors like AgTech, financial services, health services and biopharma, ICT, industry and tourism.
Launched in 2020, the programme is a catalyst for the development and diversification of Abu Dhabi’s economy through the increased participation of innovative private sector companies.
We have recently undergone a rebranding process to strengthen our CeDeFi protocol identity.
CeDeFi, a combination of Centralised Finance (CeFi) and Decentralised Finance (DeFi), is a new concept designed to bridge the gap between CeFi and DeFi.
We aim to leverage the advantages of both financial systems and develop a transparent and user-oriented on-chain blockchain financial ecosystem.
