NEOPIN Stake service has been launched. Please follow the instructions below to use the Stake service on the NEOPIN App.
1. Stake
1️⃣ Select the desired Stake product from the home screen or the [Earn] tab.
2️⃣ After reviewing the Stake product information from the list, tap the [Stake Now] button.
3️⃣ In the [Stake] tab, enter the amount you wish to stake, and agree to the ‘Terms of Use’.
- Please make sure to check the ‘Terms of Use’ before staking.
4️⃣ Upon completion of OTP authentication, the Stake process is complete.
📌 The expected APR for Stake is determined by the chain inflation, and changed APR will be updated and displayed in the Stake product information.
📌 Staked assets cannot be deposited, withdrawn or traded.
📌 There is a minimum amount required for staking depending on the product.📌 After your staking request, the transaction begins within a few minutes and you will receive a push notification when the staking is complete. (However, waiting time may occur depending on network congestion.)
2. Unstake
1️⃣ Go to [Wallet] — [Stake] and select the product you wish to unstake.
2️⃣ Click the [Unstake] button at the bottom to go to the unstake screen.
3️⃣ Enter the amount you wish to unstake, and agree to the ‘Terms of Use’.
- Please make sure to check the ‘Terms of Use’ before proceeding with unstaking.
4️⃣ Upon completion of OTP authentication, the Unstake process is complete.
📌 For some products, only unstaking of the total amount staked is available. (KLAY, TRX)
📌 The time required for Unstake is different for each product.
- KLAY: The asset will be transferred to the wallet 7 days after the Unstake request
- TRX: Unstake requests can be made 3 days after the last Stake
- NPT: Unstake requests can be made 2 days after the last Stake
3. View My Products
👉 In the [Wellet] tab — [Stake], you can review the details of your staked products.
In the details, you can check the start date of the Stake, the expected APR, and the cumulative rewards.
👉 You can also Stake or Unstake additional assets on this page.
4. Claim Rewards
👉 Please refer to the [Claiming Rewards Guide] for detailed information on how to claim rewards.
👉 Stake rewards are calculated based on the APR of the day, 24 hours after the point of initial staking.
👉 The amount of staked tokens and chain inflation determines the Stake rewards, and additional NPT rewards are provided for some products.
