The long-awaited NEOPIN Membership Season 1 has finally come to a close. It was a tremendous success, thanks to the incredible support from our community. We plan to share detailed reward information, including the quantity of Gift Boxes and NPT tokens, on the reward claim start day, set for October 5th.

Following the completion of Membership S1, we’re thrilled to announce the NEOPIN Club Membership.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re always looking for ways to enhance user experience and provide users with more value, and this new membership program is designed to do just that.

Introducing the NEOPIN Club Membership

The NEOPIN Club Membership is an exclusive opportunity for our most dedicated and passionate members to unlock a host of incredible benefits. By becoming a NEOPIN Club Member, you will gain access to a world of exciting perks and privileges that will elevate your NEOPIN experience. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect:

Higher Tier, More Benefits: Rank up your tier, and enjoy more benefits from the NEOPIN DeFi products.
Early Access to New Features/Products: Be the first to explore and benefit from the latest additions and innovations on NEOPIN.
Exclusive airdrops and promotions: Engage in special airdrops and promotions created exclusively for NEOPIN Club Members.
Access to an Exclusive Discord Channel: NEOPIN Club Members will enjoy access to a dedicated channel on Discord where exclusive member-only information will be shared.

*The Points Booster event will not factor into the NEOPIN Club Membership points calculation.

Eligibility

All KYC approved users on NEOPIN have the opportunity to qualify as NEOPIN Club Members. Users can earn points by staking crypto assets and/or using NEOPIN product offerings, including Staking, Liquid Staking, LP, Swap, and Bridge, with tiers granted based on the points earned, which are updated daily at 00:00 UTC. This tier will determine your ongoing NEOPIN Club Membership tier.

The New Community Page

We introduced a new community page in the NEOPIN App in the last app update. On this page, you can find the Membership tab, where you can check your Membership Season 1 tier and your current Club Membership tier.

You can check your Season 1 Membership points and tier by clicking the “Claim” button (which will be available once the reward claim begins on October 5th) located below the Genesis S1 tier in the upper left corner. On the Leaderboard, you’ll find the updated points for the new NEOPIN Club Membership, and your current Membership tier will be displayed in the upper right corner.

Changes in Points Calculation Method

Starting from September 27th, the new NEOPIN Club Membership points are calculated daily at 00:00 UTC using the updated points calculation method. The points calculation method will be similar to how we calculated it in NEOPIN Membership Season 1, with some changes highlighted below:

Implemented changes to benefit NPT stakers by increasing the point value of NPT staking compared to Season 1.
Removed the daily 1% bonus points.
Point weights are scaled to the tenth compared to S1.
Referral Points remain unchanged; when referred friends stake or provide liquidity to pools with a minimum of $100 worth of crypto assets, both you and your friends will earn points daily.
[Updated] FNSA staking counts towards NEOPIN Club Membership points, starting from October 13, 2023, at 00:00 UTC.

Please note that unstaking assets leads to the removal of corresponding points, resulting in a drop in Membership tiers. It’s recommended to keep your assets staked to maintain your Membership tier.

Changes in Membership Tier

In response to the growing number of participating users, we’ve adjusted our tier policies. Membership tiers will now be determined based on the percentage of users with membership points exceeding 0.1 points. This ensures fairness and equity among users. Those with less than 0.1 points will not be assigned a tier and will be excluded from the rankings. Please refer to the table below for details.

How to Make the Transition

If you were part of Season 1, rest assured that you can claim your Membership S1 Gift Boxes beginning October 5th, with your S1 tier SBT being distributed to your NEOPIN wallet on the same date. Following that, we will seamlessly transition all existing Season 1 members into the NEOPIN Club Membership, granting you access to a host of exciting new exclusive benefits!

As mentioned earlier, it’s recommended to keep your assets staked to maintain your new NEOPIN Club Membership tier.
