NEOPIN is divided into DeFi and Wallet services.
The NEOPIN website provides DeFi services and you can use the NEOPIN Wallet, MetaMask, Kepler and other wallets. If you download the NEOPIN mobile app, you can use both wallet and DeFi services together, making it even more convenient. Let’s start with the NEOPIN app first.

· Create Wallet
1. Go to App Market & Search “NEOPIN”
Google Play Store or App Store to install the app.
Supported OS versions are as follows, so please check before installation.
· Android : Android 8.0 Oreo or higher
· iOS : iOS 13 or higher, iPhone 6s or higher
2. Create Wallet
- Select [Create Wallet] on the top of the home screen and select [Create Wallet] again on the next screen.
🚨 To create NEOPIN Wallet, you need to agree to the “Client Agreement” and “Privacy Policy”. After reviewing the terms, click the [Agree] button at the bottom to proceed to the Recovery Phrase stage.
2) Saving Recovery Phrase
· 24-word Recovery Phrases will be issued for the purpose of account recovery. Please review the important clauses carefully and agree to proceed.
· After saving the Recovery Phrase separately, select the phrase in the correct order on the “Check Recovery Phrase” screen.
· Write down or copy the 24-word Recovery Phrase on the screen in the order given and store them in a safe place.
· If you have replaced or lost your phone, or if you have deleted and reinstalled the NEOPIN App, you can restore your wallet by entering the Recovery Phrase.
· The Recovery Phrase cannot be restored when lost.
· The Recovery Phrase can only be used in NEOPIN service.
▶ If you lose the Recovery Phrase, you cannot restore your NEOPIN wallet. Be sure to keep the Recovery Phrase in a safe place.
▶ It is safer to keep the Recovery Phrase as a written copy rather than simply storing it on the phone.
3) PIN Code
· Set your own 6-digit PIN code to be used for the authentication to confirm the transaction in NEOPIN
· Re-enter your 6-digit PIN code.
· [Optional] Enable biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) to be used for the authentication
· PIN code can be set when NEOPIN App is installed or re-installed
· Your recovery phrase is required to reset your PIN code. Please be sure to save your recovery phrase securely.
· PIN code is the information required to confirm your transaction. Please keep it not exposed to the public.
Congratulations, you’ve just created a NEOPIN Wallet.
