EOSeoul에서는 Jungle4 테스트넷을 통해 Leap 3.1의 호환성을 테스트하고 있으며, 9월 15일에 API 노드(api.eoseoul.io)를 업그레이드 할 예정입니다.
블록 프로듀서들은 Leap 3.1의 모든 새로운 기능을 동시에 활성화합니다. 문제가 발생할 가능성은 낮지만, 이러한 변화는 스마트 컨트랙트와 dApp에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다. 개발자들은 미리 테스트 네트워크를 사용하여 새로운 Leap 기능을 테스트할 수 있습니다.
CDT(Contract Development Toolkit)가 업그레이드되었으며 이 도구를 사용하는 모든 사용자는 다음과 같은 몇 가지 명칭 변경 사항을 알고 있어야 합니다.
- CDT 3.1은 eosio-cpp를 cdt-cpp로 변경하여 사용하는 것 처럼, “eosio” 접두사를 “cdt”로 대체하기 위해 바이너리의 이름을 변경합니다.
- CMake 프로젝트의 경우, find_package(eosio.cdt) 대신 find_package(cdt)를 사용합니다.
EOSeoul의 API 노드를 이용하시는 개발자분들께서도 해당 사항을 확인하시고 서비스에 영향이 없도록 준비 부탁드립니다.

The EOS, Telos, WAX, and UX Network coalition led by ENF rebranded EOS as Antelope and named its first implementation Leap.
On September 21st, Leap 3.1 will be activated on the EOS mainnet, before that, all node operators will need to upgrade their nodes.
EOSeoul is testing the compatibility of Leap 3.1 through the Jungle4 testnet, and will upgrade the API node(api.eoseoul.io) on September 15th.
Block producers activate all of the new features in Leap 3.1 simultaneously. Although issues are unlikely, these changes may impact smart contracts and dApps. Developers can use public testnets like Jungle4 to ensure their dApps continue to work as expected. Developers can also use these test networks to test new Leap features.
The Contract Development Toolkit (CDT) has been upgraded, and anyone using this tool should be aware of some minor naming changes:
- CDT 3.0 changes the names of its binaries to replace “eosio” prefixes with “cdt” instead, as in cdt-cpp instead of eosio-cpp.
- For CMake projects, use find_package(cdt) instead of find_package(eosio.cdt).
Developers using EOSeoul’s API node should also check this and prepare so that the service is not affected.
