Decentralized Multi-Chain supported “nBlocks Wallet”
nBlocks Wallet is a decentralized wallet service that supports Klaytn, Ethereum, and EOS public blockchains. Decentralized means that the private key, which is the key to users’ blockchain wallets, is not centrally stored. Instead, users only need to go through a simple identity verification process, and nBlocks wallet encrypts all private keys and stores them in a distributed form, providing the ability to recover private keys even if the phone is lost or the app is deleted. However, since it is a decentralized form, even if you have backed up your account, be sure to keep the private key in a safe place through the ‘Export Key’ function.
Please follow the steps provided below to complete the registration process.
1. Log in with your social media account
Download ‘nBlocks Wallet’
- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store
(1) Press ‘Continue with Google Account’ on the first screen and verify your phone number and email.
(2) After the verification process, you can create a new Klaytn account or load an account in use from an existing wallet such as Kaikas. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of ‘private key’, please select ‘Create a new wallet’ as much as possible.
** If you select ‘Import’, you must enter the private key of your Kaikas wallet. Never enter ‘my address’ of your Klip wallet!!
(3) After creating a new wallet, be sure to select Settings > Account > Export Key and store the private key in a safe place.
(4) The app is largely composed of two menus, the ‘Account’ tab and the ‘Rewards’ tab.
- ‘Account’ : A menu that collects my crypto asset wallets created in multiple blockchain networks
- ‘Rewards’ : A menu with various Defi/Cefi products such as KLAY staking
After installing the app, ‘Start with a Google account’ > Verify phone number and email > Create KLAY account > Account home screen
2. Deposit KLAY to My Klaytn Wallet
(1) Check my KLAY wallet address created in the ‘Account’ tab of the nBlocks wallet
(2) Deposit KLAY to this address
✔︎ Please make sure that the correct address is entered when making a deposit.
✔︎ You need to back up your account first so that you can check the deposit address in your wallet.
Select the QR code of my KLAY wallet card in the ‘Account’ tab > Check my KLAY address
3. Staking KLAY in the ‘Rewards’ tab
(1) Touch the ‘Rewards’ tab at the bottom
(2) Enter the detailed screen after checking the product details of ‘KLAY Staking’
(3) Press the ‘+Stake’ button to stake
(4) Execute staking after entering the desired quantity (minimum possible quantity 100KLAY)
(5) Fingerprint authentication or Face ID authentication
(6) Check your staking history in the transaction history menu
✔︎ The staking reward is calculated from 24 hours after the first staking execution. The reward is calculated according to the reward rate of that day every day, and the payment period is once every Monday. Since the rewards are deposited into the user’s clay wallet, you need to stake additional rewards to enjoy the compounding effect. Therefore, the displayed reward rate is also expressed in APR (single).
✔︎ Supported by the Klaytn network, transaction-related fees generated by the nBlocks wallet are free.
✔︎ The weekly APR figure is an estimate and fluctuates from time to time depending on the network deposit situation.
Select the ‘Rewards’ tab at the bottom > Touch the ‘KLAY Staking’ card > Select ‘+Stake’ on the detailed screen
Select the wallet to export > Select your KLAY wallet > Enter the amount of KLAY and select the ‘Stake’ button > Done
4. Check your weekly rewards
(1) Weekly rewards will be paid out directly to the user’s KLAY wallet address every Monday at 1:00 PM. Check the KLAY wallet in the ‘Account’ tab.
(2) Receive push notifications when depositing.
(3) The paid rewards can be additionally staked or used freely.
✔︎ Rewards are calculated daily and paid out every Monday around 1:00 PM. The payment date may have an error of 1 to 2 hours depending on the network situation. We will send you a push notification when the reward is paid.
5. Unstaking KLAY in the ‘Rewards’ tab
(1) Select the ‘Rewards’ tab at the bottom
(2) Enter ‘KLAY Staking’ product detail screen
(3) Press the ‘ → Unstake’ button, enter the amount you want to unstake, and then execute unstaking.
(4) Check the execution history of the unstaking contract in the transaction history menu
(5) KLAY deposit confirmation after 7 days
✔︎ The unstaking process will be processed after 7 days on the Klaytn network after the initial application.
6. Withdraw KLAY from nBlocks wallet
(1) Select the ‘Account’ tab in the lower menu
(2) Select KLAY wallet detail screen
(3) Select the ‘Send’ button at the bottom
(4) Enter the receiving KLAY wallet address
(5) Enter the amount to send
(6) Select the ‘Send’ button (check remittance fee free)
(7) Fingerprint authentication or Face ID authentication
(8) Withdrawal completed
