We exhibited the NEORT artist’s artworks at the “FUJISANTEN3.0 — FUGAKU2020KEI”
We exhibited the artworks of seven artists at the selection exhibition of the art event “FUJISANTEN 3.0 FUGAKU2020KEI” held at T-ART HALL in Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo.
The event was accompanied by a special exhibition featuring artworks of technology and a new generation of artists. NEORT is participating in this project.
We had a competition for artworks inspired by Mt. Fuji. A lot of artists participated, and it was fascinating.
In this exhibition, we used an 8K projector to project artworks onto a wall. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the large screen and high definition artwork. Visitors watched the art while reading a flyer with a caption of the artist and the work.

Introducing of artworks
釣部東京 / 日本人の心
長い年月をかけて多くの人々が定義してきた「富士山のイメージ」は、自身の観測に基づかない形式的な物の方が多い。しかしそれらのイメージはあまりに強力で独自の観測の機会を奪っているように感じた。この作品では富士山と一見関係のない3Dオブジェクトを選定、富士山のモデルの周囲に配置した。通常では隣り合わないモノに囲まれた富士山を観察する事で、独自のイメージの発見を試みた。
°F / efu / _Figure of Fuji
国土地理院が配布している富士山の等高線データを利用し、デザインに落とし込んだ試験的なデータビジュアル作品です。
普段我々が目にしたことのある富士のシルエットを１つのモチーフとして考えたとき、デザインとしての富士を発見することができます。
おかず / Random Shape
円、線、正方形、三角形のシンプルな図形がランダムに配色、配置されます。
変わり続けるものの中に変わらない何か、変わらないように見えて少しずつ変わっていく何か、そんなことを表現をしました。
ツミキルーム / 境界線が投下される地点では
地形という限りなく静止するオブジェクトを動的に変容させる視覚的試みです
久保田哲也 / The Aura of Mt.Fuji
富士山のもつ偉大さ、神々しさを表現しています。
富士山が放つオーラを優雅な粒子と線で表現し、そのオーラに包まれるような演出をしています。
日本の伝統色をイメージして配色をし、紫など自然とは違う色を使いCGならではの美しい富士山になっています。
Almina / 100 majestic styles
富士山が持つ荘厳かつ神秘的なシルエットは，数学的に指数関数と類似しているそうです．本作では，指数関数のパラメータを変化させることで，様々な富士山”的”図形を描きました．重なり合う富士の中では新たな神秘的シルエットが生まれます．常に変化し新たに生まれる富士の景色を切り出し，花札のように表現しています．本作は，富士山の持つ神秘性を抽出し，新たな神秘的形状の獲得に挑戦しています
Ayumu Nagamatsu / Ukiyo
日本の心象風景として通時的に主題選択された富士を、C++のプログラムセット（openFrameworks）のみによって生成した作品。生成的手法がもたらすポストヒューマン的自然感と自然の姿それ自体との不調和を表象しているようにも見えることから、浮世/憂き世（同時代に対する悲観的な心象）を連想しタイトルはつけられた。浮世絵から漫画、CGに繋がる視覚表現史をたどるような技法を組み合わせてポストプロセスがほどこされている。
Event hall
At NEORT, we have held exhibitions organized by ourselves and events involving entertainment such as music, but this is the first time we have treated digital artwork the same as contemporary art.
In digital art, technology and visual beauty tend to stand out. But when it is clearly displayed as an “artwork”, the concept and expression become more unique. At this exhibition, we reaffirmed that digital art could well be valued as a kind of art.
NEORT will continue to support individual artists and create opportunities for digital artworks to be widely enjoyed in the world as valuable art.
